Payment of Registration Fees
- VAT is not included in the registration prices. VAT rate is 18%.
- Final registration becomes final with payment; registration fees must be deposited into the congress account and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.

Payment of Registration and Accommodation Fees
- Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank transfer or can be paid by credit card. 3% service commission will be charged by the bank for credit card payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a cancellation request is made before May 1, 2023, half of the registration fee deposited will be refunded. Any refunds will not be made for cancellations made after May 1, 2023. After this date, only name changes will be accepted.
